Confirm your appointment
A short confirmation message lands in your inbox with the service, price, and arrival window. Reply with photos if you have them so we can prepare the right method.

We arrive on time
A founder-led, uniformed crew rolls up with the commercial portable extractor and the eco-safe formulas. We protect floors and walk you through the plan before we start.

Cleaning, inspection, drying
Pre-treatment, deep extraction, spot inspection, and drying assistance. Most upholstery dries in 4 to 6 hours. We do not leave until the result meets the quote.

Pay only after you are satisfied
Walk-through with the crew lead, then pay by card, Zelle, or ACH. If anything is off within 14 days, we come back and re-clean at no charge.

How quickly can you get to me?
Same-day is usually available if you book in the morning. Afternoon bookings typically get next-day service. We confirm the exact window when we schedule. No vague "between 8 and 5" guesswork.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation up to the appointment start time. Call, text, or reply to your booking confirmation. We do not charge fees for reschedules or cancellations.
Can I quote by photo or text instead?
Yes. Send photos to our form or text them to (910) 601-1020 (Raleigh) or (980) 500-0118 (Charlotte). We respond within two hours during business hours.
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
No. Payment happens after the job is complete by card, Zelle, or ACH. Booking online locks in your appointment at no cost.
What's included in the quoted price?
Everything for the job as described: assessment, pre-treatment, cleaning, extraction, final inspection, and drying assistance. No surprise add-ons. If the job turns out larger or more soiled than described, we confirm any price change before continuing.
Is same-day always available?
Not always. It depends on the schedule that morning. We tell you honestly when you book. If today is full, we offer the earliest open slot.
