Chair cleaning in Charlotte is the per-chair steam extraction of dust, food residue, sweat, and stains from office chairs, dining chairs, accent chairs, and recliners. Pricing scales per piece, with bulk rates for offices, restaurants, and other commercial accounts that need multiple chairs cleaned in one visit. Charlotte's Uptown banking corridor and South End office density bring high office-chair volume, and we routinely clean 20-plus chairs after hours for businesses across Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Pineville, and Fort Mill so the office is fresh by the next morning.

Full cushion extraction reaches the body oils, food spills, and pet dander vacuums never touch.
Frames covered and protected from any moisture during the cleaning process.
Office chair cleaning in Uptown Charlotte, South End, Ballantyne corporate parks, and University Research Park is a routine after-hours commercial service for us.
No hidden fees guaranteed
Service minimum $200 per visit.
Each chair is checked for its W, S, WS, or X care code, fabric type, and frame material first. We clean W and WS, give leather chairs our hand clean-and-condition method, and on S or X fabrics we dry-service or decline rather than risk wet-cleaning.
The chair material decides the method. Standard fabric gets controlled-moisture extraction, water in and pulled right back out. Velvet and velour get a low-moisture pass plus pile grooming so the nap dries even. Leather gets a hand clean-and-condition, no steam.
Armrests, headrests, and seat fronts get extra attention since they hold the most body oil and stain load.
Add wood frame polish for a few dollars per chair if the wood needs refreshing alongside the fabric.
Office chairs and dining chairs with casters get the wheels and bases hand-cleaned at no extra charge.
Standard dining chair takes 25 to 35 minutes. Recliners and oversize chairs run longer.
Charlotte commercial bookings typically come through facility managers at Uptown banks, South End offices, and Ballantyne corporate parks, with COI documentation provided upfront for new accounts.

Chairs in Charlotte homes carry more daily wear than most furniture. Dining sets in Dilworth bungalows, office chairs in SouthPark home offices, and recliners in Ballantyne family rooms each absorb body oils, food spills, and pet dander every day. We clean dining, office, and accent chairs across the Charlotte metro with per-chair pricing and a method routed by material: controlled-moisture extraction for standard fabric, a low-moisture pass with pile grooming for velvet, and a hand clean-and-condition for leather. Full sofas and sectionals are handled under our upholstery service. Every chair gets an extra pass on the high-stain zones it carries: armrests, headrests, and the seat front edge. Most jobs take 25 to 35 minutes per chair, with discounts when the full set comes together.
I cleaned my first sofa in 2012 in Kyiv. After ten years and a place among the top three furniture cleaning companies in the city, I moved to North Carolina in 2022 and brought the same standards with me. Every job in Charlotte starts with a careful inspection. I keep the 14-day re-clean guarantee in writing because I believe you should not pay twice for the same work.
Maintained, calibrated, and ready for every job in Charlotte.
Every inch inspected and properly cleaned, every time.
If you're not fully satisfied, we come back at no charge.

We use commercial-grade equipment and proven methods to deliver deeper, safer, and longer-lasting cleaning results.
Most cleaning companies rent their gear from the hardware store. We don't. Every job runs on commercial-grade equipment built for daily professional use, with the method matched to the material: hot-water extraction for carpet and upholstery, controlled low-moisture cleaning for mattresses, and hand cleaning and conditioning for leather. The same professional setup we've used since 2012, maintained weekly, calibrated for every fabric type.
We route your chair by its material to the right method: fabric, velvet, or leather.
Every chair starts with material triage: standard fabric, velvet or velour, or leather. The material decides the method.
We read the cleaning code (W, S, WS, X) and spot-test a hidden area before cleaning.
We vacuum loose soil first, going gently with the nap on velvet.
Standard fabric (W and WS) chairs get controlled-moisture hot water extraction, careful not to over-wet foam-padded seats.
Velvet and delicate fabrics get a low-moisture or dry method, then pile brushing so they dry even. We do not steam-saturate the pile.
Leather chairs are cleaned and conditioned by hand, with no water, no steam, and no extraction.
Each route is dried the way that material needs, then we walk through the result with you.

Answers to common questions about professional chair cleaning in Charlotte.
Chair cleaning starts at $200, our service minimum. Pricing is per chair after that, with rates depending on the chair type and fabric. Office chairs and standard dining chairs sit at the lower per-unit rate. Upholstered accent chairs, armchairs, and recliners run higher because of the larger surface area. Leather chairs price the same as our leather cleaning service. Bulk pricing for offices, restaurants, and other commercial accounts is quoted separately, usually with a meaningful discount per chair when the count is high enough.
Yes. Dining chairs are priced per chair. Most fabric dining chairs (linen, polyester blends, microsuede) clean with our standard upholstery method. Wood frames with fully removable upholstered seats we can clean the seats off the frame for a deeper job. Backed chairs where the upholstery wraps the frame clean in place. Spills, food stains, and grease are the most common dining chair concern, and they come out cleanly under steam extraction with the right pre-treatment. Sets of 6 to 12 chairs are routine in a single visit.
Each chair takes about 15 to 30 minutes depending on size and condition. A pair of dining chairs is about 30 minutes total. An office of 10 chairs is usually 90 minutes to two hours including setup. A single accent chair or recliner takes 20 to 40 minutes. We always book a 60-minute arrival window and text a tighter ETA on the day. Multi-chair jobs go faster after the first one because the equipment stays set up between pieces.
Yes. Food stains and grease are routine on dining chair cleaning. We use a degreaser pre-treatment on visible spots, then steam-extract the whole piece. Pen ink on fabric usually lifts cleanly, ink on leather may leave a faint trace depending on absorption. Coffee, wine, and oil stains we have seen often enough that they come out reliably. Children's marker (washable and permanent) reacts differently, and we tell you upfront which we expect to lift fully and which may leave a shadow.
Yes. Office chair cleaning is one of our most common commercial requests in the Charlotte banking and corporate corridor. Uptown firms, South End office buildings, Ballantyne corporate parks, and University Research Park accounts all schedule with us regularly. We clean 20-plus chairs after hours so the office is fresh by the next business day, and we provide insurance documentation for facilities teams that require it. Bulk pricing kicks in around 20 chairs.
Yes. Office chair cleaning is one of our common B2B requests. Mesh-back chairs, full-fabric task chairs, leather executive chairs, and any combination cleans at the rate matching the material. For an office with 10 or more chairs, we send a technician for an on-site visit, usually outside business hours so the chairs are not in use. We can also work in occupied offices during the day if the team can rotate to other chairs while we work. Bulk pricing kicks in around 20 chairs.
Yes. Recliners (manual and power) clean using the same method as any upholstered furniture, but the technician works around the mechanism rather than disassembling it. Pull-out leg rests and reclined backs both clean fully. Accent chairs, armchairs, club chairs, wing chairs, and barrel chairs all clean at the upholstered chair rate, with leather variants priced as leather. Cushions stay attached, we just clean both sides where reachable. Power recliner cords stay out of the cleaning path.
Yes. Restaurant dining chairs, bar stools, banquette seating, and lounge chairs are routine commercial work. We schedule after-hours cleaning so the restaurant can open on time the next day with chairs dry and ready. Bulk pricing applies for any commercial set of 20 or more chairs. We provide insurance documentation on request for the landlord or building management. The cleaning method is the same as residential furniture, just scaled to volume and timed around your operations.
Yes. Bonded and insured with general liability coverage. For office accounts, restaurants, hotels, and any commercial setting that requires documentation, we can confirm the specific insurance paperwork your property manager or facilities team needs when you book. The same coverage applies whether the job is 4 dining chairs in a residential home or 200 office chairs in a commercial space.
Yes. Dining chairs, accent chairs, recliners, and armchairs all fall under residential chair cleaning at our per-piece pricing. Sets of six to twelve dining chairs are routine for a single visit, often combined with upholstery or carpet cleaning in the same appointment. Mecklenburg County households often book chair cleaning before holiday hosting season when entertaining volume is heaviest across Charlotte, Huntersville, and Davidson.
